Tofu Scramble

This is a basic recipe for many dishes or on it's own. You can add sautéed onions, garlic, and just about any veggie you like. 

Ingredients

15 oz. Extra Firm silken Tofu, drained & rinsed

1/2 teas. Turmeric

1/4 teas. Salt

1/4 teas. Onion Powder

1/4 teas. Granulated Garlic

2 English Muffins

Directions

  1. In a non-stick pan, crumble tofu into the pan, breaking it up with your fingers (a potato masher works well).

  2. Add Turmeric, Salt, Onion Powder & Granulated Garlic into tofu and mix well. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until tofu is hot throughout & most of the liquid has evaporated.

  3. Toast English muffin and serve with favorite sides and toppings, such as sliced avocado, sliced tomato, salsa, and/or hot sauce.

Strawberry Almond Smoothie Recipe

Swiss Chard is full of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, magnesium, copper, manganese, potassium, vitamin E, and iron. It is a very good source of dietary fiber, choline, vitamin B2, calcium, vitamin B6, phosphorus, and protein. If the taste is too earthy, you can add a date or two for sweetness.

INGREDIENTS

2 cupsSwiss Chard

2 cups Almond Milk

1 Banana

2 Stocks of Celery

2 Cups Frozen Strawberries

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend Greens and Liquid until smooth.

2. Add the fruits, veggies and blend again until smooth.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Curly Kale

2 cups Almond Milk

1 Orange

2 Banana

2 Cups Frozen Bluberries

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend Greens and Liquid until smooth.

 

2. Add the fruits and blend again.

Green Citrus Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are a fast and easy addition to your diet.

This recipe is light and healthy.  Adding Flax Meal, Maca or Turmeric gives your immune system a boost.

2 cups Spinach

2 cups Coconut Water

1 Orange

1/2 Cucumber

2 Cups Frozen Pineapple

1. Blend Greens and Liquid until smooth.

2. Add the fruits and blend again.

Add to any smoothie:

Flax Meal: Tablespoon

Maca: 1- 3 teaspoon

Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
