This is a basic recipe for many dishes or on it's own. You can add sautéed onions, garlic, and just about any veggie you like.
15 oz. Extra Firm silken Tofu, drained & rinsed
1/2 teas. Turmeric
1/4 teas. Salt
1/4 teas. Onion Powder
1/4 teas. Granulated Garlic
2 English Muffins
In a non-stick pan, crumble tofu into the pan, breaking it up with your fingers (a potato masher works well).
Add Turmeric, Salt, Onion Powder & Granulated Garlic into tofu and mix well. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until tofu is hot throughout & most of the liquid has evaporated.
Toast English muffin and serve with favorite sides and toppings, such as sliced avocado, sliced tomato, salsa, and/or hot sauce.
