This recipe is light and healthy. Adding Flax Meal, Maca or Turmeric gives your immune system a boost.

2 cups Spinach
2 cups Coconut Water
2 Cups Frozen Pineapple
1. Blend Greens and Liquid until smooth.
2. Add the fruits and blend again.
Add to any smoothie:
Flax Meal: Tablespoon
Maca: 1- 3 teaspoon
Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
